Dear Sir or Madam, by using the services of the TMSYS Group, you entrust us with your information, including personal data.

The privacy policy serves to help you understand what data we collect, for what purpose and what we use it for.

Data source
We process data that you provide us with or leave via website forms, during telephone or direct contact. We also process data provided by third parties. Data concerning contractors does not apply to employees or collaborators of the TMSYS Group.

Scope of data
Providing data is voluntary. These are primarily data necessary to provide accounts or files, e.g. first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, which you provide us with, e.g. within the forms or windows available on our websites, as well as data that you leave behind as part of navigating our websites, i.e. so-called cookies, e.g. computer IP. The scope of data processed may vary – information about this can be found on the relevant website or you can ask our Data Protection Officer about it (contact details below).

The recipients of data are companies of the TMSYS Group and entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator. The entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator act on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with its instructions.

Rights of individuals
In connection with the processing of your personal data in the light of the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to:

– request from the Administrator: access, rectification or deletion of your personal data,

– request from the Administrator to limit processing,
– transfer or object to the processing of your personal data,
– lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against their accidental or intentional: destruction, loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.

Protection
This Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data by the TMSYS Group is a document of an informational nature only and is published for the purpose of implementing the provisions resulting from the provisions of the GDPR. At the same time, the Privacy Policy is a work within the meaning of copyright law, which is subject to protection. It is prohibited to duplicate or use it in whole or in part in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
