The CP-Symbols Architectural series is a set of libraries of symbols and objects for GstarCAD users that support the creation of architectural designs. CP-Symbols Architectural consists of 5 libraries: Building joinery, Interior equipment, Symbols and markings, Evacuation and health and safety plans, Diagrams and block diagrams. Each of these libraries can be purchased separately, as a series or in the CP-Symbols Suite.

Construction Joinery Library

Includes essential architectural elements (windows and doors) adapted for designing both floor plans and elevations.

CP-Symbols Architectural – Construction Joinery contains the following symbol categories:

  • Windows (plan and elevation views – single, double, and triple sash windows)
  • Doors (plan views – interior and exterior doors; elevation views – interior, exterior, and balcony doors)

Interior Equipment Library

Provides an extensive database of interior design elements including furniture, sanitary fittings, household appliances, etc.

CP-Symbols Architectural – Interior Equipment includes:

  • General furniture (top and front views – beds, wardrobes, desks, etc.)
  • Kitchen equipment (top and front views – wall shelves, cabinets, etc.)
  • Bathroom fittings (top and front views – towel racks, bathroom fans, mirrors, etc.)
  • Lighting (top and front views – sconces, pendant lamps, desk lamps)

  • Entry markers (e.g., entrance at or above ground level, below ground level)

Evacuation and Health & Safety Plans Library

Includes all symbols necessary for designing evacuation, fire safety, and workplace health & safety plans.

CP-Symbols Architectural – Evacuation and HSE Plans contains symbols from standards such as:

  • ISO 7010 (evacuation, fire safety, mandatory, prohibition, warning symbols)
  • ISO 23601 (fire emergency procedures, accident procedures)
